Reflection of Unit 3

Unit 3 was very important to me because it taught the human aspect of being an e-tutor. I learned a lot of ways of how to handle different types of students and how to work on my own personal development, students assessment and Feedback. Something very crucial was also mentioned, this being the changing model of teaching and how teaching is no longer the same and how we as teachers must be always prepared and ready for any changes. Overall a very interesting and insightful unit.
